The Laboratory of Humoral Immunology and Vaccinology (LHuIV) is dedicated to advancing our understanding of adaptive immunity and translating this knowledge into new strategies for vaccines and cancer immunotherapy. We focus on the cellular and molecular mechanisms that shape high-quality antibody responses, with particular emphasis on the biology of T follicular helper (Tfh) cells. Our interdisciplinary research combines cutting-edge approaches—including single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, intravital microscopy, and vaccine engineering—to address key challenges in infectious disease control and tumor immunity. We welcome passionate and driven researchers to join us in exploring the frontiers of immunology.
